Our first Hypatian Seminar event of the year is quickly approaching!
Please join us on Monday, October 1 at 3:30-4:30 pm in SH 6635 for tea and baked goods (as promised in the subject line). Everyone is invited to this event that will be a time for mentors and mentees to meet, and for fun to be had by all.

If you have been thinking about being a mentor or a mentee and have not yet let either Arielle or me know,it's not too late! Just reply to this email by Sunday, September 30 at 11:59:59 pm with the following info:

1. Your research area/ mathematical interests
2. Career goals (if you've thought that far ahead
3. What sorts of (non-math) things you like to do in your free time
4. What you're hoping to get/give as a mentee/mentor

This is a great opportunity to give and get support from your fellow grad students.
